PRESS RELEASE. The Government of Reconciliation and National Unity wishes to refer to recent statements by Members of the United States Congress who consistently, and over the years, have been involved in Disinformation and Intimidation Campaigns in the Media against the Democratic, Pluralistic and Progressive Processes being carried out in Latin America and the Caribbean.

“We reject as a violation of International Law and the United Nations Charter, the Proposals and Initiatives presented in the House of Representatives and Senate of the United States, that are part of a pattern of historic interventionist policies in our Rightful and Sovereign Political, Social and Economic Processes, especially in an intensive way during Electoral Moments.”
